Virtual Oranges ("we", "us", "our") is a digital agency and AI product business based in Israel. We operate the website virtualoranges.com and the AI Agent Builder service available at agent.irtualoranges.com.

What Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
- Information you give us directly — your name, email address, and website URL when you request a demo or subscribe to our service.
- Payment information — handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your credit card details.
- Website content — when you provide a business URL, we scrape publicly available content from that website to build an AI knowledge base. We only read content that is publicly accessible.
- Usage data — anonymous analytics about how visitors use our tool (page views, session duration), collected via Vercel Analytics.
How We Use Your Information
- To build and deliver your AI agent demo
- To communicate with you about your service
- To process your subscription via PayPal
- To improve our product and fix issues
- To send you updates about your AI agent (no marketing spam without consent)
AI Chat Data
When visitors chat with AI agents powered by our service, those conversations are processed through the Anthropic API (Claude). Conversations are used only to generate responses in real time and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not store or analyse individual chat conversations.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — only what is essential for our tool to function (e.g. keeping you logged in during a session). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except:
- Anthropic — to power AI responses (see their privacy policy)
- Vercel — our hosting provider (see their privacy policy)
- PayPal — to process payments (see their privacy policy)
- Jina.ai — to scrape website content (no personal data shared)
We will never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as you are a client. When you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we remove your information from our systems within 30 days.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Data portability

Security
We take security seriously. Your API keys are stored as encrypted environment variables, never in code. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by PayPal — we never handle card details.
Children's Privacy
Our service is intended for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy occasionally. We'll notify active clients of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
